Ingredients
Branzino
1/2 of cup White Wine
1 sliced Garlic
1 sprig Thyme
5 sliced Olives
1 tablespoon Capers
1/2 sliced Scallion
5 halved Cherry Tomatoes
Salt and Pepper
Instructions
First prep ingredients. Sprinkle salt and pepper on fish. Mix dry white wine of choice, such as a Pinot Grigio, with all ingredients in a bowl. Prepare fish in foil and before sealing pour ingredients from bowl into foil. Seal tight and bake in preheated oven on 450 for approximately 10-15 depending on size of fish.
