How long are sessions?
Our sessions are custom-designed to fit into your busy lifestyle and typically last an hour each.
Who will be helping me?
I am a professional personal trainer, certified by NASM, focused helping you to reach your fitness objectives. My practice is based on an understanding of body movement, anatomy and postural correction, in an effort to help you live a life without physical limitations.
What do I need?
We can accomplish many goals with little or no equipment. Each session requires an hour of your time to focus on specific objectives. To start, comfortable workout clothes, proper sneakers and a water bottle is all you need!
Where will we work out?
You can train in a gym, in the comfort of your home or if you prefer outdoors, weather permitting, and we will be connected through Zoom, FaceTime or Skype with your digital device of choice.
Is the Body Movement and Alignment Program difficult?
According to my senior clients, age 73 and older, no! Our fitness routine is customized and consistent with each client's profile. We approach it from the ground up and build each session with your ultimate goal in mind.
How long does it take to see results?
In order to notice real results, my programs are designed for a minimum of 2-3 days per week. After 3 months, it's safe to say you will experience noticeable results, if not sooner.
What is required to become a member?
Enrollment in one of the Personalized Fitness Programs. You will have access to Explore's content: fresh recipes, videos of exercise ideas to integrate into your daily life, and the calendar of upcoming trips in the desert, mountains and beyond.
